Please note that the Community Development Hui of Fern Forest (HUI) illegally and went back under the Fern Forest Community Association. Please do not send any money to them. THEY ARE DISSOLVED ! You can check the State of Hawaii business registration office online to verify that. They dissolved June 24, 2015 and did not send out a newsletter telling anyone of their intent or that they actually did it. It makes our job easier, but they did not it on the sly, just like how they formed on the sly out of the Fern Forest Community Association (FFCA) in the first place. At least they are back together so it will be easier to resolve issues this way.
